Orders

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after an accepted return has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.
